The organizers of the Forum are Government of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Ugra and Ugra Development Foundation, exhibition operator is Ugra-Expo LLC.

Every year the Forum includes a specialized exhibition, uniting dozen of Russian companies specializing in oil and gas technologies, energy, housing and communal services, forestry and woodworking, production of machinery and equipment.
