The governor of Ugra will become acquainted with training results of the Ugra executive team

Today, the governor of Ugra Natalya Komarova is working in Skolkovo, where the third module of the project-oriented program “Training of the Regional Project Implementation Team for the Development of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous District” takes place.
Let us recall, that this program is implemented on the basis of Moscow School of Management Skolkovo. Deputy governors of Ugra, heads of departments, representatives of small and medium business, corporations, heads of municipalities and their deputies, public representatives, participants of the All-Russian competition of managers “Leaders of Russia” were its participants.
Here, the team of Ugra guided by experts of the school is working on several priority projects of the district development of regional, federal and international importance. Ugra representatives are working on creation of the center of genomic researches, the center of competences for sports medicine, advanced production technologies, development of tourist directions of the autonomous area, digital economy, bioeconomy and agro-industrial complex, creative industry, creation of a test polygon for methods of increase in oil recovery, technopark, and an accelerator of oil and oilfield service startups.
The third module of the program is devoted to development of the structure of the development scenario of Ugra. Tasks for the Ugra managers include: to reveal global and country factors and trends setting possible corridors and forks of development; to define versions of the possible positioning of the region in the long term perspective; to establish long-term requirements for resources of development of the region; to define the approved list of necessary development mechanisms.
Natalya Komarova will discuss the strategic framework of program projects with Ugra team members. At the plenary session, the participants of the program will present results of work of project teams during the first three modules to the head of the region.
It should be noted that improvement of competences of specialists, their preparation for work in new conditions are one of the priorities of the HR policy of the autonomous area. This work is conducted in different formats; regional managers and specialists, apart from Skolkovo project, participate in the program of executive training for the authorities based on a RANHiGS and in the program of preparation of managerial personnel for organizations within the President’s program.
