Natalia Komarova congratulated the teachers and students of the Yugra State University on the 15th anniversary of the institution.

A solemn meeting took place in Khanty-Mansiysk dedicated to the 15th anniversary of the founding of the Yugra State University. Let us remind that the order of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation to establish YuSU came out on October 5, 2001. Over this time, the university has managed to become one of the leading educational and scientific centers of Western Siberia. The university offers studies along 89 main educational programs. The higher educational institution produces specialists of all levels of professional education: secondary (in five colleges - branches of the YuSU), undergraduate and postgraduate. More than 10 thousand graduates of the University work in Yugra, applying acquired knowledge and skills in various fields of economy. Almost 100% of graduates within a year after graduation find jobs in their field.
Speaking about the achievements of the team and graduates of the YuSU the Governor of Yugra Natalia Komarova came up with an offer to add into the Yugra calendar of memorable dates the Day of the University. Being one of the youngest state higher education institutions in the country, the University over the course of its 15 years has managed to become an important scientific and educational center of Western Siberia.
As noted by the head of the region, the government of Yugra is actively involved in this process, ordering the training of thousands of specialists. However, the most important, in her opinion, order of the government and the whole Yugra society is so that the Yugra State University served for the innovative development of Yugra and led the region to more technological, intelligent and environmentally friendly future.
"The team of the YuSU creates exactly such a product of its activity, which is in demand in the labor market, which gives satisfaction to the person from the fact that he chose exactly this profession, exactly this institution, exactly such teachers. It is a very important component, "- said Natalia Komarova and thanked teachers on their double holiday for the dedication, commitment, professionalism and desire to share knowledge with each of those who came to them for education.
Addressing the students, Natalia Komarova wished them such a student's life so that to remember it in the future with a smile and gratitude. The Governor of Yugra Natalia Komarova handed teachers and employees of the university federal and district awards for many years of fruitful work on the development and improvement of the educational process, significant contribution to the training of qualified specialists and for personal achievements in the development of priority directions of science.
The title of "Honorary Worker of Higher Professional Education of the Russian Federation" is granted to Valery Anisimov – the head of the department of law enforcement and legal profession, Larissa Kazayeva – the head of the Agency of Records Management and General Affairs, Vladimir Zelensky – the head of the department of physics, general technical disciplines. The honorary title "Honorary Worker of Science of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous District - Yugra" is granted to Valery Bulatov – the Professor of the Department of Ecology and Nature Management.
Teachers were also awarded honorary diplomas of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation and of the Governor of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous District - Yugra.
