Certain categories of Ugra residents are under extended mandatory lockdown

Department of Public and External Relations of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug – Ugra informs:
Governor of Ugra Natalia Komarova signed a decree "On additional measures to prevent the import and spread of a new coronavirus infection caused by COVID-19 in the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug-Ugra".
In accordance with the document, the mandatory lockdown regime for citizens aged 65 years and older, citizens with chronic diseases, reduced immunity, as well as pregnant women has been extended until January 31, 2021 inclusive.
Fr om 1 to 31 January, 2021, professional organizations and higher educational institutions of all forms of ownership are recommended to organize the implementation of the educational process in the form of lectures held online with the use of e-learning and distance educational technology, students are not allowed to visit the premises of educational institutions; practical lessons are recommended to be held in person with dilution flows at different rooms, classes, and educational facilities. A similar format should be applied to the organizations of additional education.
From January 1 to 31, 2021 It is also recommended o introduce distance learning for students of 6-11 grade in schools that exceed the design capacity by 1.5 or more times and in the case of diagnosis of 3 or more related cases of COVID-19 within one incubation period (14 days) among the employees. The exception is students living in municipalities wh ere no cases of COVID-19 have been reported.
