Resolution on granting additional payments to students of secondary professional medical education and higher medical education during the period of practical training in the context of the spread of a new coronavirus infection caused by covid-19 was approved by members of Ugra government. This was announced today, December 10, during a meeting chaired by Governor Natalia Komarova.
'Document was developed by the Department of Education and Youth Policy of Ugra in accordance with the instructions of Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Tatyana Golikova. It establishes an additional payment at the expense of the regional state program 'Development of Education' in November and December for students of educational organizations founded by the Autonomous Okrug,' Natalia Komarova said.
University students will be paid 10 thousand rubles per month, colleges students - 7 thousand.
Acting Director of the Regional Department of Education and Youth Policy Snezana Vozniak said that in November, 589 students will receive such a payment, 280 of them are students of organizations of secondary vocational medical education. In December, this support measure is planned to be provided to 740 students.
During the meeting, which took place on the birthday of the region, Natalia Komarova addressed the members of the regional government: 'I congratulate you on the anniversary of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug. I would like to emphasize that the well-being of Ugra residents and development of our region depend on our decisions and coordinated actions. It is important to be guided by this priority on a daily and hourly basis.'
